We love this Louxy Fur Lined Jacket and the removal hood with soft faux fur trim!
The Louxy Jacket is a puffer-style jacket with thick, horizontal quilting, made from a very comfortable stretch fabric. On each side, stretch ribbed panels enhance the comfort of this winter garment. Inside, a beautiful ultra-soft fleece provides excellent warmth for the winter season at the stables.
In terms of style, a glossy and glittery trim runs down the length of the arms. The Penelope logo is embroidered in a raised, tone-on-tone design on the chest. The removable hood is adorned with a stunning faux fur trim. It fastens with a large central zipper and has two zippered pockets on the sides, as well as an additional interior pocket on the left side.

Sizing advice: The Louxy jacket fits true to size, so you can choose your usual size.
Washing instructions:
- Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle spin cycle.
- Do not tumble dry; instead, hang to dry in the open air.
- To restore the original appearance of the faux fur on the hood, we recommend finishing the drying process with a hairdryer, keeping the device at a distance.

Orders qualifying for free shipping are sent regular ground and are not guaranteed for holiday delivery, please plan accordingly.

Return Policy
-You may return most new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned to us in new condition, this includes the products original packaging. Custom pieces, treats, oral supplements & bits are not refundable.
-A 15% restocking / open box fee will apply to all products returned with damaged or defaced manufacturer packaging. To avoid this fee, please put all returns or exchanges in appropriate packing materials such as a separate box or shipping bag. Items returned to us with shipping labels, tape, hand writing on the manufacturer's box will be automatically subject to the 15% open box / restocking fee.
-Items qualifying for free shipping which are returned will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
-Shipping charges are non refundable.
-Items purchased from our Sale Room, or our Online Auction Site are ineligible for refunds.
-Sales are final on all custom items.
-Refunds may take up to 30 business days after your return has been received to be processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return paperwork sent with your purchase and ship it back to us with your contact information. If you are returning a high value item, we recommend insuring your package. to your account. Can't locate the return paperwork? No problem, simply email customerservice@farmhousetack.com, we will happily email you a copy. If you have an online account with us, you can also begin the return process from within your online order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You can choose from FedEx or USPS. Please note the cut off to ship
orders via expedited services is 12:00 P.M. EST.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
