DESIGN

The sinuous shoe front, carefully hand-stitched, enhances the classic equestrian style. Effortlessly elegant, Tucci Time Sofia is ready to sparkle, available with whipholder or with lusty every time crystal personalizations.
MATERIALS
Details make the difference, starting with the choice of the best materials. Each leather hide has been selected in order to accomplish specific tasks. Special supple leather for the main body of the boot: sturdy yet flexible, it guarantees freedom of movement, extreme wear resistance and superior durability at the same time. The lining is made with premium quality hides, selected from certified farms of Italy and France, treated to enhance the natural beauty through softening procedures. The high absorbency and breathability maintains ideal condition to provide the ultimate soft touch sensation. The glove-like fit improves both feeling and contact with the horse. The padded leather flap protects the heel and helps the foot to smoothly get into the boot shoe. A second antibacterial, anti-shock insole is always supplied together with the boots. In the Tucci Time collection, Franco Tucci has also conceived a new SUPER SOFT version available on all models to fulfil the need of extreme freedom, agility and weightless sensation while riding.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
All Tucci Time leather tall boots models have a rear elastic band along the zipper, highly absorbent and breathable, it ensures maximum comfort and encourages a correct heels-down position. Furthermore, the elastic, together with the wide size choice, guarantees a distinctive made-to-measure fit. Certified extra strong zippers, top and bottom protection, and the functional snap block at the zipper closure, it is the safest closing system ever conceived, to forget about the need to constantly rezip the boot. Double-stitched seams are applied along the stress lines. Back leather spur rest. The featherweight sole with an aggressive profile favours a secure, yet comfortable, grip on the stirrup.

Expedited Shipping Cut Off Is 12 p.m. EST. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed on expedited orders due to courier geographic restrictions. If you require Saturday delivery, please call us and inquire if services are available in your area.
Orders qualifying for free shipping are sent regular ground and are not guaranteed for holiday delivery.

Return Policy
-You may return most new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned to us in new condition, this includes the products original packaging. Custom pieces, treats, oral supplements & bits are not refundable.
-A 15% restocking / open box fee will apply to all products returned with damaged or defaced manufacturer packaging. To avoid this fee, please put all returns or exchanges in appropriate packing materials such as a separate box or shipping bag. Items returned to us with shipping labels, tape, hand writing on the manufacturer's box will be automatically subject to the 15% open box / restocking fee.
-Items qualifying for free shipping which are returned will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
-Shipping charges are non refundable.
-Items purchased from our Sale Room, or our Online Auction Site are ineligible for refunds.
-Sales are final on all custom items.
-Refunds may take up to 30 business days after your return has been received to be processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return paperwork sent with your purchase and ship it back to us with your contact information. If you are returning a high value item, we recommend insuring your package. to your account. Can't locate the return paperwork? No problem, simply email customerservice@farmhousetack.com, we will happily email you a copy. If you have an online account with us, you can also begin the return process from within your online order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You can choose from FedEx or USPS. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent USPS. Please note the cut off to ship
orders via expedited services is 12:00 P.M. EST.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our free shipping policy is for residents of the contiguous United States only.
